Duties will include preparation of materials for lessons and
demonstrations, maintenance of equipment and helping in the smooth running of the departments. A key duty will also include stock taking, planning and carrying out weekly shopping for ingredients and ensuring resources/ingredients are prepared ready for lessons. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, the ability to plan and organise their work and demonstrate initiative. Competent ICT skills would be advantageous but not essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A flair for display
- Experience in either food or creative industries
- Flexible approach.
